It will be its ninth location in the ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ area. Aaron LaPrise, with Picor, handled the transaction.

He said the company will take up about half of the space that was formerly a restaurant.

Southern ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ Urgent Care’s founder and CEO, Dr. David Skinner, is a University of ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ College of Medicine graduate. The first facility opened in Oro Valley in 2013. Last year, the company started its rapid expansion, adding eight more sites around the metro area.

The popularity of urgent-care centers has been “fueled by frustration over long waits in the emergency room … and a reduction in available primary care appointments,� The American Academy of Urgent Care Medicine says, citing a 20 percent growth in existing clinics in the past four years. “The public’s desire for immediate access to medical care has been the driving force behind this monumental growth.�

• Allikat Productions leased 4,253 square feet at in the El Mirador building. Alan Moore, of Chapman Lindsey Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenant. Bruce Suppes and David Volk, of CBRE, represented the landlord, El Mirador Partners LLC.
• Moon Light Hookah Lounge LLC leased 2,212 square feet at from Brazo LLC. Jeramy Price and Kevin Volk, of Volk Co., represented the landlord.
• Starbucks Corp. leased 2,200 square feet at from ADG Swan LLC. Greg Furrier, with Picor, represented the tenant, and Stephen Grimm, with Grimm Commercial, represented the landlord.
• Templo Fitness leased 1,758 square feet at Esther Empens, of Tierra Antigua Realty, represented the tenant, and Ian Stuart, with CBRE, represented the landlord, the city of ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥.
• Déjà Vu Too Antiques and Collectibles leased 1,320 square feet at from CAS Real Property LP. Greg Furrier and Diane Carlson, with Picor, represented both parties.
• Queen Sheba LLC leased 841 square feet at from LLJ Holdings LLLP to open an Ethiopian restaurant. Cameron Casey, of Oxford Realty Advisors, represented the tenant; Picor brokers represented the landlord.
