Karen Carter of ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ will get a custom-made designer kitchen courtesy the as the winner of the network's inaugural Food Network Fantasy Kitchen Giveaway.
In a written statement Carter admitted she at first thought someone was pranking her. But when the reality set in, so did her imagination, starting with what she views as her favorite kitchen amenity — huge island.

The kitchen is being drawn up by celebrity designers Shea McGee and chef and restaurateur Scott Conant, whose ultimate chef's kitchen features high-end appliances including a 60-inch range, double dishwashers, refrigerated drawers, custom built-in pizza oven, stove-top pot filler and wine fridge, installed in a setting with tumbled painted brick, mixed metals, open shelving and a high-contrast palette, according to a Food Network news release.
