A California company has acquired Lee Lee Oriental Supermarket and its three ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ markets including one in metro ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥.
Maison Solutions Inc., based in Monterey Park, an Asian specialty grocery retailer, said it will pay $22.2 million in cash and debt for Lee Lee and continue to operate the markets as part of an expansion plan.
Lee Lee’s roughly 50,000-square foot store, at 1990 W. Orange Grove Road, includes a Vietnamese restaurant and a barbecue restaurant. The company also has markets in Chandler and Peoria in the Phoenix metro area.
