A 44-year-old man was shot an killed during a fight Sunday afternoon on ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥'s north side, ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ police say.
Police were called to a reported fight about 1:45 p.m. in the 200 block of West Roger Road, near north Oracle Road. Calls of a reported shooting there followed, ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ police said in a news release.
Investigators say Gabriel Rodriguez was shot during an argument with a resident. He died at the scene, the release said.
The investigation continues and no arrests have been made.
The case will be presented to the Pima County Attorney's Office for review.
