A former New York district attorney was arrested at his home in the ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ mountains last week, in connection with multiple child sex abuse charges.
Marc Temkin is facing 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, said Pima County Sheriff's Department spokesman, Deputy Ryan Inglett.
Last week, several images depicting juvenile girls in a sexually explicit manner were uploaded from an IP address at a home in the 800 block of North Via Roma, Inglett said.
PCSD detectives and ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ Police Department's internet crimes against children detectives determined that the home and the IP address belongs to Temkin, 66, who is a retired district Attorney from New York state, Inglett said.
Detectives served a warrant on Temkin's home Jan. 26, arresting him for 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, Inglett said.
