It's no secret that Wildcats football games haven't exactly been selling out each season, but most ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ans will still tell you they love UA football.
But a new study from Wallehub says that ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ is the worst large city in the United States for football fans, in part because we're a large city with no NFL team.
Wallethub compared 243 U.S. cities with at least one college or professional football team across 21 metrics, which ranged from number of NFL and college football teams to average ticket price for a game to fan friendliness.
Out of 46 large cities, ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ came in dead last. On the list of all 243 cities, ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ didn't fare much better, coming in at 229.
The lack of an NFL team didn't help ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥'s total score (which was 8.61 out of a possible 100,) but ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ also didn't fare very well when it came to racking up points for having a college team.
