While summer vacation has just started for thousands of University of ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ students, it's never too early to start thinking about finances for the next school year.
A new study from Student Loan Hero, "a one-stop shop of resources, tools and information" to help students live their best financial life, has revealed that ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ is the 4th most affordable city in the U.S. for college students.
With annual room and board at the UA costing about $12,550, the UA is actually charging above-average prices, but not by much, Student Loan Hero says.
Local housing costs are where the savings kick in for students, the website says, with ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ coming in at 21.1 percent below the national average.
The average cost of a one-bedroom apartment in ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ is $649 per month, of $5,841 for the school year, providing students with a cost-saving plan for living off campus, according to Student Loan Hero.
