ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ police have identified a man they say died from brain injuries suffered after he fell out of a moving car.
Robert A. Robles, 30, was the front passenger in a car being driven by his girlfriend about 2:30 a.m. Oct. 20, ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ police said in a news release Monday.
The couple had been drinking and were driving home from a bar after attending a wedding earlier, police said.
As the car traveled about 40 miles per hour in the 2200 block of West Anklam Road, Robles exited the car for unknown reasons and fell to the pavement, according to police.
Robles injured the back of his head and had abrasions on his his back and shoulders, police said. The driver came back and two motorists helped load the injured man into the backseat of the car and she drove him to St. Mary's Hospital.

Robles was later moved to Banner University Medical Center, where he died on Oct. 24 and police were first notified of the incident.
Because of the delay in reporting, police say there were unable to determine the girlfriend's level of impairment. The investigation continues.
