A woman who was killed when she lost control of her vehicle and crashed Tuesday morning in Sahuarita was identified as Maria Paquette, police said.
Paquette, 63, is a resident of Sahuarita.Â
Officers responded to the scene of a single-vehicle crash at about 10 a.m. Nov. 14 in the 15500 block of South Rancho Sahuarita Boulevard, said Sgt. Michael Falquez, a spokesman for the Sahuarita Police Department.
Paquette was pronounced dead at the scene, Falquez said.
The investigation showed Paquette was driving northbound on Rancho Sahuarita Boulevard and lost control of her vehicle and crashed. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
Investigators are asking any person who may have witnessed the collision to call 911 and request to speak with an on-duty officer or call the police tip line at (520) 445-7847 and leave a contact number.
