Fall marks the return of cooler temperatures (still waiting on those), Halloween activities and our favorite annual festivals.Ìý

But with fall also comes plant sales, where plant parents can pick up native flora, seeds and veggies. Here are eight sales happening soon.

Plant and Play Family Day + Veggie Start Sale

ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ Village Farm is hosting this family-friendly educational gardening event featuring interactive activities and live food demonstrations. Attendees will learn about soil health, composting, bugs and more. While you're there, you'll have the chance to take home veggies to plant in your fall garden.

The Desert Museum's upcoming plant sale will have around 300 types of plants. The museum will be highlighting five categories of plantsÌý— butterfly gardening, hummingbird gardening, tortoise forage, desert aromatics and heritage foodsÌý—Ìýto help make your garden even more beautiful.Ìý

At Tohono Chul's annual fall plant sale, you'll find thousands of landscape-ready plants, plus some plants that are harder to find. More than 400 species will be available.
