O’Reilly Auto Parts is building its 23rd ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ shop.
O’Reilly Auto Enterprises LLC has purchased a 1-acre parcel of land at , in the Safeway-anchored shopping center at the southeast corner of Twin Peaks and Silverbell roads.
O’Reilly Auto Parts was founded in 1957 in Springfield, Missouri, and has over 5,000 stores in 47 states and 22 stores in ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥.
Craig Finfrock, of Commercial Retail Advisors LLC, represented the seller, Shoppes at Continental Ranch LLC, and Debbie Hislop, with Volk Co., represented the buyer.

- Presson Corp. bought nine buildings totaling 124,863 square feet at 3601, 3621, 3631, 3641, 3681 E. 44th St. and at 3200, 3210, 3220, 3230, 3250, 3300, 3320 S. Dodge Blvd. for $6.4 million. - Fort Lowell Realty & Property Management Inc. bought the office building at from Prince Road Professional Plaza LLC for $432,099. Tom Nieman, with Picor, represented the seller, and James Collopy, with Fort Lowell Realty & Property Management, represented the buyer.
- T&T Cleaning & Restoration LLC bought the 14,278-square-foot building at from Plastic and Metal Parts Inc. for $400,000. Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the seller.
- Desert Valley Christian Fellowship LLC leased 3,477 square feet at from Tin Cup Properties LLC, doing business as Regency Plaza. Ron Zimmerman, with Picor, represented the landlord, and Rick Borane, with the Volk Co., represented the tenant.
