The Port of ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ is building a 240,000-square-foot cold-storage “cross dock†designed to receive trucks with Mexican produce that will be loaded directly onto refrigerated boxcars. The facility is expected to be completed in three to four months, said Eli Peart, manager of leasing and special projects for the Port of ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥, an intermodal freight hub near Interstate 10 and South Kolb Road.
