A 43-year-old man has died days after being struck by a car on ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥'s south side, police said.
About 6:30 p.m. Oct. 26, Frederick Juan Barnell was crossing West 22nd Street just east of Interstate 10 when he was struck by an eastbound Hyundai Sonata, ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ police said in a news release.
The unidentified driver of the Hyundai, a 74-year-old man, stayed at the crash scene, the release said.
Police say they were notified on Tuesday that Barnell had died at the hospital.
The investigation continues.
