A 26-year-old Douglas man was arrested Thursday in connection with a sexual assault that took place at a residence outside McNeal, authorities said.
ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ County Sheriff's Office learned about the incident on Sunday and were able to identify the suspect as Douglas resident Jesus Damian Leon, sheriff's office spokeswoman, Carol Capas, said in a news release.
Leon was arrested at a business in Douglas Thursday and booked into the ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ County jail on charges of sexual assault, kidnapping, assault and burglary, Capas said.
