Seven years after a shooting that killed six people and wounded 13, including former congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, the ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ January 8th Memorial Foundation held a dedication ceremony for the site of the memorial that honors the victims and first responders in El Presidio Park.
