, through its affiliate Bambi Speedway Associates LLC, bought the bar on the southwest corner of Rosemont Boulevard and Speedway from Dorothy Hoff and the estate of Guy Beaty for $750,000.

The property consists of 30,000 square feet and Larsen Baker is in the process of rezoning the property to build a freestanding drive-thru building.

Once rezoned, the property will be available for sale or build-to-suit for lease.

The buyer was self-represented by Isaac Figueroa, with Larsen Baker. Rob Tomlinson and Greg Furrier, with , represented the seller.

The Bambi Bar will continue to operate during the rezoning process.
