YogaSix, a boutique yoga franchise, will soon open the first of three planned studios in the ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ area.

The first, at 7053 N. Oracle Road, near Ina Road, is expected to open soon.

YogaSix has experienced major growth over the last few years, offering formats that focus on deep stretching, stress relief or breaking a sweat.

• leased 13,000 square feet of space at the Ina-10 Flex Center, formerly Bedroxx Bowling at 7051 N. Camino Martin. The company provides consulting, engineering and other services in the areas of water, environment, infrastructure and resource management. The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker Isaac Figueroa. Max Fisher, with BRD Realty, and Sam Devorris and David Kimball, with NAI Capital, represented the tenant.
• Ah Huevo Mexican Bar and Grill leased 2,900 square feet of restaurant and patio space at 605 N. Fourth Ave. from Pelican 4th Ave LLC. Aaron LaPrise and Dave Hammack, with Picor, handled the transaction.
• leased 2,750 square feet at Bear Canyon Shopping Center, on the northwest corner of Tanque Verde Road and Catalina Highway, for online and in-person retail sales of baked goods. Isaac Figueroa, with Larsen Baker, and Pete Villaescusa, of CBRE, represented the landlord. Chris Tsighis, of Coldwell Banker, represented the tenant.
• Sabino Flooring & Roofing LLC leased 1,600 square feet of industrial space at 220 E. 27th St. from Tin Cup Properties LLC. Alex Demeroutis, Jesse Blum and Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the landlord.
