Friday’s high temperature of 85 degrees was expected to make metro ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ the warmest place to be in the contiguous 48 states, the forecast shows.
Highs in the low to mid-80s were expected Friday across the region from Nogales west to Sells and north to Marana, according to the National Weather Service in ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥.
It means ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ would even be warmer than Phoenix, which was likely to reach 81 degrees Friday.
The weekend will be warm too. The high in ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ was expected to be 84 on Saturday, then drop to 76 on Sunday, the weather service says.
Temperatures are expected to stay in mid-70s through Wednesday.
Thanksgiving Day in ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ is expected to have a high temperature of 70 degrees and a low of about 50, the forecast shows.
