Although it's probably not the end, a plethora of questions involving the future of Sean Miller and the UA basketball team were answered Thursday afternoon.Â
Miller held a press conference and released a statement regarding ESPN's report of the FBI allegedly containing a wiretapped phone conversation with former sports agent runner Christian Dawkins discussing a $100,000 payment to star recruit Deandre Ayton.
Miller said "any report to the contrary is inaccurate, false and defamatory" and added that he's run a clean a program since the first day he stepped foot on the UA campus. Miller also said he's looking forward to coaching ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ for the rest of the season and moving forward.Â
After the ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ Board of Regents met in Phoenix, UA president Robert Robbins spoke with the media and said Miller would be coaching the Wildcats Thursday night against Stanford as well as the remainder of the season.
Former and current players expressed their exhilaration on social media.Â
