• Oracle Office Plaza LLC purchased 7491 through 7493 N. Oracle Road for $3.35 million. The buyer was represented by Steve Fenton and Zach Fenton of Fenton Investment Company Inc. The seller was AEH Investors IV LLC and PMH Investors IV LLC.
• Gould Family Properties VII LLC bought a 96-unit apartment complex at 513 W. Panorama Road for $3.1 million. The seller was Mountain Village Apartments LLC. Bob Kaplan and Allan Mendelsberg with Picor Commercial Real Estate Services handled the transaction.
• Dichristofano Investment Group Inc. purchased 4.41 acres of land at 4901 N. Oracle Road from Concordia Holdings LLC for $750,000. Greg Furrier and Rob Tomlinson of Picor represented the seller.
LEASES
• Casa de Los Niños has leased 1,661 square feet at 2224 N. Craycroft Road from 2222 Craycroft LLC. Jon O'Shea and Rob Fischrup of Vast Commercial Real Estate brokered the transaction.

• Pacific Dental Services, doing business as Broadway Smiles, has leased 2,800 square feet at the new shopping center on the northeast corner of Broadway and Craycroft Road. The dental office is expected to open next year. Nancy McClure of CBRE's ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ office represented the landlord, New York City-based Benenson Capital Partners LLC. The tenant was represented by Tim Gunnink of GDC/RE in Phoenix.
• Charlie's Comic Books has leased 1,810 square feet in the Speedway Craycroft Plaza, on the southwest corner of Speedway and Craycroft Road. Andy Seleznov, director of leasing at Larsen Baker, handled the transaction. The store is scheduled to open in January.
• Michael and Cindy McGee have leased 1,900 square feet at 10110 N. Oracle Road, Suite 180, in Oro Valley from Jesjo Inc. The McGees plan to open a Cattleman's Café restaurant. Rob Tomlinson of Picor handled the transaction.
• CODAC Behavioral Health Services has leased 16,406 square feet at 630 N. Alvernon Way, Suites 161, 171 and 181, from MOB Owner LLC. Tom Knox and Rick Kleiner of Picor represented the landlord. David Volk with CBRE represented the tenant.
• Saguaro Independent Medical Examiners has leased 1,332 square feet at 2224 N. Craycroft Road from 2222 Craycroft LLC. Jon O'Shea and Rob Fischrup of Vast Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson of CBRE.
