A strip of North Campbell Avenue between East Grant and East Fort Lowell roads that has become a magnet for restaurants, is getting even more.
The New York-based burger chain will open its first ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ restaurant at 3105 N. Campbell Ave. No opening date is set, but the company said Tuesday it will open 2026.
The casual restaurant features hamburgers, chicken and portobello mushroom sandwiches and a variety of milkshakes and drinks.

Shake Shack is opening its first ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ location. Currently, Shake Shack has seven locations in ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥, and three more are expected to open in the Phoenix area later this year, the company said.
It will be located in a new center on Campbell Avenue, just south of Fort Lowell, where the Fabrics That Go store was recently torn down. The new center is being redesigned by local developer Larsen Baker.

Future tenants for the center have not yet been announced.
Currently, Shake Shack has seven locations in ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥, and three more are expected to open in the Phoenix area later this year, the company said. There are 378 Shake Shack locations in the US.
Some of the original eateries along that strip of Campbell, namely and , have been in the area for decades. They’ve been joined in recent years by chains such as , Original Chop Shop, Angie’s Prime Grill and , among others.

Other local commercial activity includes:
- Winterhaven Investors LLC bought a 35,300-square-foot retail center known as Winterhaven Square, 3102-3160 E. Fort Lowell Road, from Glover Associates LP for $5.3 million. Greg Furrier, Rob Tomlinson, and Natalie Furrier, with Picor, handled this transaction.
- KB Homes bought , 13051 E. Mary Ann Cleveland Way, from Vail Convenience Market LLC for $4 million. Aaron LaPrise, with Picor, handled the sale.
- , which supplies movable medical equipment to hospitals, leased 5,747 square feet at 831 E. 47th St. Gordon Wagner and Ben Craney, with NAI Horizon, along with Jeremy Feerer, from NAI Global Corporate Solutions, represented the tenant. Tim Healy, with CBRE, represented the landlord.
- Balance Pilates leased the 1,950 square feet at Bear Canyon Shopping Center, 8969 E. Tanque Verde Road. The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker Isaac Figueroa and Pete Villaescusa, with CBRE. Joey Castillo, of Volk Co., represented the tenant.
