Martinez averaged 5.1 points in 22 games for the Wildcats, usually playing only in lopsided games or when starting point guard Jaden Bradley was in foul trouble. During the NCAA Tournament, he declined to say what his plans were for next season.
The Wildcats now have four players in the portal: Martinez, forward Henri Veesaar, guard KJ Lewis and center Emmanuel Stephen.
