Alyssa Denham fired a three-hit shutout as the University of ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ softball team topped host Stanford 4-0 on Friday night.
The No. 9-ranked Wildcats (40-13, 13-10 Pac-12) wrap up their regular season with a game at noon Saturday against the Cardinal.
Alyssa Palomino gave UA a quick 1-0 lead with an RBI double in the first inning. Jessie Harper made it 2-0 with a third-inning RBI single and Reyna Carranco wrapped up the scoring with a two-run double in the fourth.
Denham (11-3) struck out one and walked one in the win.
Stanford (23-31, 2-21) has lost 15 straight overall to ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ dating back to 2013.
